Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by facilitating engaging events and activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure that all participants have a fantastic time while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. This role is part time with a mix of on-call and scheduled shifts, making it an ideal flexible option for students or performers.

Duties

• Oversee and manage various game events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

• Engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Facilitate games and activities, ensuring participants understand the rules and objectives.

• Utilize public speaking skills to lead group activities and engage participants effectively.

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with groups of varying sizes.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle onboarding/offboarding guests and resetting the rooms.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Improvisation skills and acting experience are a big plus.

Availability

• We are currently looking for applicants that have open availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the minimum with the ability to take on-call shifts when the need arises.

9. We are currently looking for applicants that have open availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Do you have open availability for these days? Do you also have any availability Monday through Thursday? Are you able to take on-call shifts?
