Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by facilitating engaging events and activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure all participants have a fantastic time while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

This is a part-time position, making it an ideal flexible opportunity for students, performers, or individuals interested in the entertainment industry.

Duties

• Oversee and manage various game events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

• Engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Facilitate games and activities while ensuring participants understand the rules and objectives.

• Utilize strong public speaking skills to lead group activities and engage participants effectively.

• Reset rooms and prepare experiences for incoming groups in a timely manner.

• Maintain a fun, immersive, and professional atmosphere for all guests.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Strong public speaking abilities and confidence communicating with groups of varying sizes.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle onboarding/offboarding guests and resetting rooms efficiently.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

• Improvisation skills and acting experience are a major plus.

• Interest in immersive entertainment, escape rooms, or live experiences preferred.
